I can honestly say this is my first positive experience with a car dealership in quite a while. It was a pleasure working with Samantha, my sales representative, who took a very hands off approach with her approach. She was very informative, made sure all my questions were answered and small concerns were addressed. After coming to a price we both thought fair, I drove away happy in my new Kia.

After a day or two I noticed a couple of small things needed addressed that I didn't find in my initial walk around. Rather than having me pay out of pocket, Susan, the owner of Parsons, made sure they were taken care of immediately at no cost (despite it being out of warranty).

Great customer service all around. Fair pricing. I'd definitely recommend if you're in the market for something quality and affordable.

The sales personnel are extremely knowledgeable on the inventory they have. Just took vehicle for the first service at parsons Kia and the service staff was very friendly, making you feel welcome. They where fast and speedy with turn around of vehicle, and able to give us a loaner so my wife could get to work. If your in the market for a new car and wanting a kia, I definitely recommend parsons Kia of Winchester. 5 star service thru purchasing and service.

We bought a car from Matt Herman and I have to say it was the easiest and fastest car buying experience ever. He wasn't pushy and didn't make us feel bad when we left to check out one more dealership. He mentioned being there for us when we got the car and even after. Sure enough we saw a minor scratch on our new car the morning after we got it and he helped us get it taken care of immediately with no questions asked. Every time we have went in he always chats with us for a few minutes and honestly feels like a friend we have always had! I would highly recommend buying a car from Matt Herman at Kia!

I have dealt with other dealers in my 52 yrs and I even worked for a dealer while in school and learned a bit about the business. And 1 thing I'm not a fan of is dealers and getting either a certified used or new vehicle but understand its part of life. I must say I give my salesman a 15 out of 10. Mile Compton was very professional and easy to deal with. He wasn't pushing for a sale and he has been a mechanic for kia prior to sales. He know the cars inside and out. I did shop at other dealers and Parsons worked the best for me and made the best of the sales experience and getting a very nice certified sorento. Sales management along with office staff and service department are very friendly and very easy to deal with. I do enjoy dealing with small town dealers rather than the large high pushing dealers. Now maybe you won't get the same feeling as me but I'm very satisfied and all the extra time Mike took with the sale and im extremely satisfied and im very thankful.

We were stuck in an emergency situation, with a tight time frame on a holiday weekend 6 hours away from our home in NY during the covid19 pandemic. Parsons was able to take my car and diagnose it and fix it within 1 hour. They were friendly and amazing as well as patient and really went above and beyond. Highly recommend! Took my car in for a scheduled checkup. Waiting area was clean. They had snacks and drinks and the staff was friendly. Service was quick.
